The Man Booker Prize 2014 Shortlist was announced in 9 September 2014: six novels have been shortlisted, as it follows:

The Narrow Road to the Deep North by Richard Flanagan published by Vintage Australia: see my review

To Rise Again at a Decent Hour by Joshua Ferris published by Little, Brown & Company: to be read

We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves by Karen Joy Fowler: see my review

The Man Booker Prize for Fiction 2014 was chaired by AC Grayling. The judges are: Jonathan Bate, Sarah Churchwell, Dr Alastair Niven, Dr Daniel Glaser and Erica Wagner.

The winner was Richard Flanagan with The Narrow Road to the Deep North.

There are three more books to be covered and reviewed as well.
